Cono Sur: Sustainable Viticulture,
Pinot Noir, and More
The bicycle on the label of many Cono Sur wines signifies the winery’s efforts at sustainable viticulture. Visitors to the Santa Elisa estate in Chimborongo in the Colchagua Valley use bicycles to visit the vineyards. Since new vintages have now been released, it’s time to revisit the wines of Cono Sur.
